We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. 

If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please get in touch with us immediately by phone (800) 771-2246 or email, and we will replace the item and provide you a prepaid return label.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please complete the return request form or call us at 800 771-2246. We will provide you with an RMA# and return instructions. You will need your email address and order number.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble, wash, or modify the product in any way).
