I think the Austin Air would be the best choice. 

They are built to last. They have an all-steel body, a powder-coated finish, and no complicated electronics that can go bad. The manufacturer gives you a 5-year warranty on the air cleaner and the filter. 

From personal experience, they can last a very long time. The Austin Air Jr. in my office stopped working when it was 27 years old. We have two other units at the house, both over 15 years old.
