If you have an adjustable air bed with hoses on either the head or foot, there are a couple of ways to cover it. 

1. Install your cover so the zipper closure is on the end with the air lines. Zip it up to the first hose, and use wide medical tape and safety pins to finish sealing it.
2. Install your cover so the zipper closure is on the end with the air lines. Mark the spot where the hose connects to the mattress. Use a razor knife to cut a small hole, just big enough for the hose. Be careful not to cut your mattress or finger.
3. Use a fitted style mattress cover.
